X (Kinsey Millhone #24) by Sue Grafton

(Kinsey Millhone, #24) by Sue Grafton is a Murder Mystery featuring a lovely sociopath and a promise of close encounters between him/her and Kinsey Millhone. Picked this up because it falls into a category or two of my 2016 challenges (first book you notice in a bookstore, or something like that) and I admire the cleverness behind the naming of this series. First published: 01 Jan 2015. Goodreads rating: 3.86

My Holiday in North Korea: The Funniest/Worst Place on Earth by Wendy E. Simmons

My Holiday in North Korea: The Funniest/Worst Place on Earth by Windy E. Simmons is a humorous travel journal detailing our author’s vacation into North Korea. Picked this up because of its’ plot. “Through poignant, laugh-out-loud essays and 92 color photographs of North Korea rarely published, Wendy chronicles one of the strangest vacations ever. Along the way, she bares all while undergoing an inner journey as convoluted as the country itself.First published: 03 May 2016. Goodreads rating: 4.8 (Provided by Edelweiss in exchange for an honest review)
